IONOS (1&1) Infinite Help Loop : webhosting


Can someone please TELL the guys at IONOS about their peculiar “support” infinite loop?

  1. I log to my ionos.ca account (I’m a Canadian customer and must log to the Canadian site)

  2. I click on the “Contact Us” link

  3. I click on the “To the Online Contact Service” link

  4. The previous link takes me to contacts.ionos.com. I click on “Domains”.

  5. I click on “Contact a Domain Expert”. It takes me to login.ionos.com and asks my credentials.

  6. I enter my credentials. It says that I must login at my country’s site (login.ionos.ca)

  7. Repeat
